Collectively, the Site and the services provided through the Site are referred to as the “Services”.

You may browse our Site without providing us with any personally identifiable information. In order to register for an account on our Site and to use our Services, we require you to submit your personally identifiable information to us. When you register for an account on our Site and to use our Services, you may be required to provide us with personally identifiable information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, username, age, gender, profile photo and password. If you register for an account on the Site using your Facebook or Instagram account, we will collect your public profile information and your Facebook or Instagram login name. We will collect any other personally identifiable information that you elect to include in your profile.

When you make a purchase through the Services, you will be required to submit your credit card information for billing purposes. Our third party payment processor will process your payment.

Talent and Clients may correspond through the Services regarding an event or event services. We will collect any personally identifiable information that you include in this correspondence and the person you correspond with will receive any personally identifiable information you include in your correspondence with them.

Information Use

We may use your personally identifiable information to deliver you our Services you have requested, provide you with support, detect fraud, illegal activities or security breaches, provide notices regarding services you have purchased or that you may wish to purchase, verify your authority to enter certain password protected areas of the Services and improve the content and general administration of our Services. As a user of our Services, we also use your address to show you Talent near you so you can request that they perform event services for you. As a Talent on the Site, other registered client users will be able to view your profile information.
